Why you should invest in high quality photos

In a difficult real estate market, it is especially important to a home seller and real estate agents to create a good first impression of a property both on websites and other promotional materials. Since the majority of prospective home buyers will first see your property on a website, one of the most effective places to spend advertisement money is on quality photos.

What I do

I will visit the property and create images of the most appealing aspects of the property inside and outside. I will try to shoot at a time of day and in weather conditions that are favorable for the property. I will take more images than you can use, which gives you variations for you to choose from.

I will create high quality, high resolution images with crisp, straight lines and even lighting. I will create images that efficiently convey information about the property and add visual impact with artistic compositions. I use a high quality wide angle lens to enhance the appearance of space.

What is included

I will provide a CD or downloadable photo set of small, medium, and original versions of the images.

How to prepare for a house photo shoot

  • Clean the house. I will not physically or digitally remove dirty socks from a floor.
  • Spruce up the house with little touches such as fresh flowers, a colorful bowl of fruit, etc. and I will use them in images to maximize visual appeal.

  • Location with ½ hour travel - $150.00
  • Location with 1 hour travel - $200.00
